For sellers who ship their own orders
Book the courier from the order, then stop chasing itOpening shortly
Leopards and PostEx are built into Omnek. Pick the parcels from your own store's orders, book, print — and tracking comes back by itself. It opens alongside Shopify, to a few sellers at a time.
- Leopards and PostEx, built in
- Tracking that comes back on its own
- Any other courier — tell us, and we build it
Where it stands
Plainly, so nobody signs up for something that is not open yet.
Built in
The integration exists and books parcels.
- Leopards
- PostEx
Not built yet
Named here because sellers use them — not because they work.
- TCS
- Trax
- M&P
- BlueEx
- CallCourier
- Swyft
Using a courier that is on neither list? Tell us which one. We will build the integration for you — that is how both of the built-in ones came to exist.
Selling on Daraz or Choice? Those orders do not need this: Daraz delivers them itself, and you pack and hand over as you do now.
If this sounds like your day
Booking one courier is not hard. Booking forty, and then keeping track of all forty, is the job.
- Every booking means opening the courier's site and typing an address you already have.
- Tracking numbers live in the courier's portal, the orders live somewhere else, and you match them by hand.
- A customer asks where their parcel is, and you open three tabs to find out.
- Parcels are marked returned long before they are actually back in your hands.
- At the end of the day, the load sheet and your records do not say the same thing.
How it will work
In the order it happens, once it opens.
Add your courier account
Your own merchant account, at your own rates. The credentials are entered once and cannot be read back out of a browser after that.
Pick the parcels
Straight from your store's orders — the address, the amount to collect and the items are already there.
Book and print
The labels and the load sheet come out of the same booking, so the rider's sheet and your records say the same thing.
Let tracking come back
Pushed by the courier where it supports that, fetched every fifteen minutes where it does not. Nobody types a status in.
What courier booking gives you
The amber dots open with Shopify. Everything else is open today.
Booking
Booked from the order
Select the parcels and book them where the orders already are. No second tab, no retyped address, no tracking number living somewhere your orders cannot see.
Your own account, your own rates
You book on your merchant account at the rates you negotiated. Omnek does not resell shipping and does not sit between you and your courier's pricing.
Labels and load sheets
The rider takes the sheet, you keep the record, and both say the same thing. Nothing is reconciled from memory at the end of the day.
Rules that pick the courier by city
If one courier is better where you ship most, say so once. It is picked for you, and you step in only when you want to.
Tracking, cash and returns
Tracking that updates itself
Pushed where the courier supports it, fetched every fifteen minutes where it does not. The status sits on the order, where you were going to look for it anyway.
Cash on delivery you can see
COD on the road and COD still to collect, as two figures on your dashboard — instead of a guess across several couriers' portals.
Stock moves when the parcel does
The stock and the ledger follow the parcel, not somebody's memory of it.
Returns counted when you receive them
Not when the courier marks them. A returned parcel rejoins your stock on the day it is back in your hands.
The rest of the business
Books that balance
Bank and cash accounts, expenses, and customer and supplier ledgers with running balances. When a settlement is paid, the money lands on the account it actually went to.
Staff with their own logins
Every person gets their own login, and each role is given the pages it needs. The person packing parcels does not have to see your bank balance.
A shop counter, if you have one
Cash, online or credit sales and returns, on the same stock as your online orders. The stock, the ledger and the bank all move together, or none of them do.
Reports and a dashboard
What sold, what earned, what has not moved in months — and a dashboard that opens on what needs doing today rather than on a wall of charts.
Before and after
Getting started
What you will need, and what happens between now and then.
What you need
- A merchant account with Leopards or PostEx — or tell us which courier you use
- The API credentials the courier gives you. Once entered, they cannot be read back out of a browser
- Your own store connected to Omnek — courier booking works on your store's orders

What Omnek does not do
Better said here than discovered after you have signed up.
- It is not open yet.The integrations are built; they open with Shopify, because courier booking works on your own store's orders.
- It does not book Daraz or Choice orders. It does not need to. Daraz delivers those itself — you pack them and hand them over.
- It does not resell shipping. You book on your own account at your own rates. There is no Omnek margin on a parcel.
- It does not collect your cash on delivery. The courier collects COD and pays you, as it does now. Omnek tracks the money; it never holds it.
Questions
When can I start booking couriers through Omnek?
It opens alongside Shopify, to a small number of sellers first. We are not putting a date on it, because a date we miss is worse than none. Put your name down and we come to you in the order of the list.
Which couriers are built in?
Leopards and PostEx. Every other courier named on this page is one we have not built yet, and we list them separately rather than mixing them in as though they worked.
Can I book a courier for my Daraz or Choice orders?
No, and you do not need to. Daraz delivers those orders itself — you pack them and hand them over. Courier booking is for the orders you ship yourself, from your own store.
My courier is not on either list.
Tell us who it is. If you have an account with them and they have an API, we will build the integration — that is the same route both of the built-in ones took.
How long does a new courier take to add?
It depends on the courier — on whether they have an API, and what it lets us do. We will look at yours and tell you honestly before promising a date.
Do I need my own courier account?
Yes. You book on your own merchant account at your own negotiated rates; Omnek does not resell shipping. You add the credentials once, and after that they are write-only — they cannot be read back out of a browser.
How does tracking update?
Where the courier pushes status updates, they arrive as they happen. Where it does not, Omnek asks every fifteen minutes. Either way, nobody types a status in.
What can I use while I wait?
Everything else: Daraz and Choice, one stock across them, inventory and bundles, customer and supplier ledgers, bank and cash, reports, staff roles, and counter sales if you have a shop. It is the same account courier booking will join.

Tell us which courier you use
Courier booking opens alongside Shopify. Tell us which courier you use now — if it is not Leopards or PostEx, knowing which ones sellers actually use is how we decide what to build next.
Nothing to pay, and no card. If you sell on Daraz or Choice, the trial runs 14 days and is approved by hand.
